- Login and access your online dashboard or payment gateway in a web browser.
- Select the payment type (cash, debit/credit, eCheck/ACH, etc.)
- Enter the sales amount and any related notes.
- Scan or key in card numbers or bank account details.
- Click a button to authorize the transaction.
- Receive confirmation of transaction approval or decline, and provide your customer with receipt options (print, email, no receipt).
By logging into your Virtual Terminal dashboard, you can view your transaction history, issue refunds and track other important data from your sales and transactions.
